What does the programme fee cover?
The stated fee covers the agreed language and technical training package. Your written offer sets out lesson hours, assessments, payment instalments and refund terms.
Are German exams included?
No. A2 and B1 examination fees and any retakes are paid separately by the participant. Your training plan states which external exams are required.
Will I be paid?
Selected employed participants receive the agreed base salary for their work. The advertised base is gross, with applicable employee deductions. Performance bonuses follow written criteria.
Is Germany guaranteed?
No. Language certification, an employer's hiring decision and a visa decision are separate.
Can I stay in Sri Lanka?
Yes. You may choose to continue paid IT work from Sri Lanka if you meet the agreed employment and performance conditions.
What does an external vacancy mean?
It is a vacancy published by another employer. Check its original advertisement and apply through that employer. Saving it in your Raonex Talent account does not submit an application to the employer.
When does the next class start?
Confirmed classes appear in the timetable. Planned courses do not imply a confirmed start date.
