The programme is designed for graduates in IT, computing and related disciplines in Sri Lanka. Selection includes a practical assessment and an interview.
German learning progresses towards A1, A2 and B1. Progress depends on the learner, attendance and practice. Examination places, examination fees and retakes are separate from the course fee.
Technical training focuses on practical work: building, testing and documenting software, or supporting cloud and workplace systems. Your agreed training plan identifies the track and mentor.
Selected participants receive paid project work under a separate employment agreement. The monthly base salary and measurable bonus criteria are confirmed before employment. Tuition payments and salary payments are recorded separately.
The proposed employment schedule is 176 hours per month. The allocation of project work, technical training and German lessons must be agreed in the individual timetable before enrolment.
After six months, German employment depends on an actual suitable offer and the applicable immigration requirements. Continuing paid work from Sri Lanka remains an option under the employment agreement.
